In short
The website does not ask you to create an account. It sets no cookies of its own, does not measure traffic and shows no advertising. Only the Google Maps map, shown on some pages, may set cookies.
Date requests
The "Request" button opens your email app with a ready-written email. Nothing is sent until you press Send, and the website itself stores nothing.
The email you send (your address, your dates, the number of guests and whatever you write) is used only to reply to you and, if you book, to organise your stay. It is never sold or passed on to anyone. It is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
If you book through Airbnb, Airbnb's privacy policy applies to the booking.
The map
The interactive map is provided by Google Maps. When it is displayed, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in line with its privacy policy.
Hosting
Like any web host, Vercel records visitors' IP addresses in its technical logs, to run and protect the website. Its commitments are set out in its privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the data concerning you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@lemoulinauxepices.com. Data controller: Nathalie SCHELLING.
If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can contact the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
